I’ve reviewed the year that has *almost* been and planned the year ahead the longest this year.
I think I’ve gotten enough clarity to go where I want to go and confidence to know that I can pull it off and conviction that this is what God wants me to do.
Currently in Ilocos and so far, this December, I haven’t worked that much on client work β I’ve worked a lot on me and on CaaSocio.
And that’s a good thing.
Now, we’re taking it up a notch this 2025.
Let’s go!
Following my signature 6-step plan last year and making improvements as I go.
I’ll be publicly sharing my public dreams and hide some of my wildest dreams in my Hobonichi and Trello board. π
Let’s go!
Aiza’s 4-Part Anti-New Year Resolutions Plan:
π THE GOOD
1. List down your top 10 highs.
2. List good habits from last year.
π THE BAD
3. List down 10 lows.
4. Tear down these lows, wasted opportunities, bad habits.
5. Top x lessons learned this year.
π§ THE STRATEGY
6. Pick Word of the Year to combat those lows.
7. Yearly game plan
πͺ THE ACTION PLAN
8. Schedule it.
9. Check ins and ffup routines
The workshop version of this planning is available for purchase.

Step 1. My highs.
With LOUDER as my word of the year, I was able to really amplify my presence, spiritual voice, and beliefs this year.
The things I’m most proud of this year are…
1. LOUDER on social
As a conversion and email girlie, I really wanted to generate views, followers, and mindshare using the thing that I’m good at (content). I got a taste of that in 2025!
β Named as one of the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn
β Featured by Mailmodo and kickstarted The Lifecyclist Show!
β Got my first viral post on Facebook ever (and a couple too for clients)
2. Launched a LOT this year
Launching feels like a natural thing for me this year. I absolutely loveee ideating, creating and marketing products. It’s exciting that I decided to become a Product Developer for a huge local fitness community this year.
Personal
- ACVC 2.0
- Bundled workshop recordings
- Life’s work is almost clear
CaaSocio
- C2G, workshops
- AllBound Mastermind – 3 back-to-back workshops (like phew!)
Clients
- 5-week fitness program
- AllBound program for a B2B client (calls, connection with companies like Coca-Cola and 3 viral posts on LinkedIn)
3. Full-fledged housewife
I can cook 3 different meals all at once, clean the house, and keep up with JJ school.
When I did this the first time, I got sick.
But now, I’m a pro!
And I love eating what I cook. So does the hubs and the kid.
4. My year of constant upskilling
I’ve studied content even more. Applied it to me and our clients.
I’ve bought a lot of micro courses too this year.
I even enrolled to a Canva design workshop and it paid off!
5. Personal relationships level up (including with my own self)
Stronger bond with people I care about. Makes me more excited about the things we could achieve because of this closeness.
I closed 2 personal clients for myself too. Closed a long-term AllBound client for CaaSocio
6. Broke into a new niche & studied hard!
I decided to go nicheless so I won’t even have to deal with economy problems plaguing industries. I wanted to talk about problems I can solve and I will be heading into this generalist expert route moving forward.
Still holding on to my SaaS and email specialty and will bank on it HARD this year. π
7. My year of slow living and gaining momentum at the same time. Nailed it!
8. Graduated as a baby Christian, I think. π
Realized the world is more spiritual than we think. And people have been telling me that I’ve inspired them to openly talk about God too. And I’m following ChristianTok and just building my relationship with the Lord.
I can hear HIM speak to me now! π
9. A little bit unapologetic when it comes to protecting my boundaries
Said NO a lot and I got more assertive. Although the timid little girl shows up once in a while. I can nego way out and ask for things that I want.
Just today, my husband made a mistake in booking AirBnbs. And I don’t see a reason why (for the owner) to honor our little request. I worked on my charm, copywriting and negotiation skills. lol And we got 3 rooms on the same floor booked in an hour.
lol.
10. Start of fitness nerd era, & more mental toughness
I started studying fitness and did my first calorie counting and first set of serious workouts. Lost 2 kg. From 55-56, now bouncing between 51 to 53 kg.
I’ve also proven to myself that I am still the same Aiza who can take on the geekiness the world has to offer. Thanks to my kid, I started learning Japanese and I’m not overwhelmed after all. It was just mental fear that started when I got Covid. Ugh. Traumas are difficult, but my God is bigger and He didn’t give us a spirit of fear so we shouldn’t.
I’m starting to beat anxiety and enjoy things like I used to. And so I can upskill and take on challenges again.
I’ve went back to my generalist, multi-passionate self and geeky self againβbest gift to self: I’m finally feeling MORE ME again! π
Step 2. Good habits formed in 2024
Prioritizing health
- Evening walks
- Consumed more veggies
- Executive check ups
- Sugar levels went down
- From 55-56 kg, now 52-53 kg (leaner arms achieved!)
Next level: Slim down even more, take down my cholesterol levels, and join Kaizen
Take my faith deeper
- Bible journaled almost everyday
- Studied Bible Plans, depending on what I’m going through
- Can talk about my faith casually
Next level: Read the verses and really study the bible seriously, finish reading the Bible by 2026
Nerded out hard
- Created TONS of digital products
- Solidified frameworks and apply them to clients
- Consumed workshops and courses (apart from writing)
Next level: Turn my products into evergreen, sell globally, and earn all year round, build a newsletter for the global audience
Nurtured relationships
- <3 elevated personal relationships with the hubby, team, and community
- As for my personal team, we’ll be leveraging AI so they can focus on things that can’t be automated yet
Next level: Formal goal-setting, systems, and AI automation
Louder on social
- Got recognized for my influence
- Started to build relationships with the right people
- Partner with Databox and Mailmodo on their marketing projects
- Funnel my audience into my newsletter
Next level: Build funnels and cash in hard on my own personal biz
Step 3. My lows. Make it 10-ish.
1. Not super consistent on SaaS LinkedIn content. Audience no solid road to take since I don’t have lead capture. Pasaway, haha!
2. Spent a whole lot of time resting and taking care of the house. I enjoyed it, but with my GROWING AUDACIOUS dreams, I can’t do it again this year.
3. Not being systematic on things. Health. Work. Stuff. I had too much fun exploring! lol
4. Not prospecting and closing clients because I want to do CaaSocio U and Money Later stuff
5. Cholesterol + 1 =/ body pains ugh
6. Knowing that I’m not reaching my full potential (STILL)
7. Not charging high enough. Rather than charging for the value I add, I’ll start charging for the value I create.
8. Too much creation on different areas. I need to double down.
9. NOT utilizing the talents, systems, and assets I’m surrounded with.
10. Still not happy with my evening routine. I want to make my evenings work-free this 2025.
And God continues to plant new dreams in my heart! π
Step 4. Tearing down my lows.
2024, I was ready to hop around.
But life has other plans.
I was left to take care of the house. Cook. And be a full-fledged housewife.
We tried our options, but we haven’t really found the one ATE we like. Next year, we’ll have a new ate.
So this 2025, I’m really committed to push the momentum I’ve built this 2024.
Losing momentum can sometimes kill your hardwork and I’m not having it this year.
I’m pro slow-living, but I’m also PRO growth.
This lady is ready to take centerstage, the spotlight, and the dough!
Step 5. Top 10 lessons learned
- Gotta do this on another day. Brain’s on vacay mode! Can’t think haha.
Step 6. Pick a word that would combat your lows
Looking back to the year when I was really serious about the WOTY and when it truly made a GOOD impact on my life:
- 2021 – EXPRESS
- 2022 – BUILD
- 2023 – REAP
- 2024 – LOUDER
- 2025 – TRANSCEND
TRANSCEND π₯π£π¨
Transcend: To rise above, to go beyond limitations, to reach a higher state of being or achievement. It signifies breaking free from constraints, exceeding expectations, and achieving a state of extraordinary growth and fulfillment.
In the context of my 2025 goals, “Transcend” suggests a year of:
- Breaking Barriers: Overcoming challenges, pushing boundaries, and achieving breakthroughs in your personal and professional life.
- Elevated Impact: Making a significant difference in the world, leaving a lasting legacy, and inspiring others to reach their full potential.
- Inner Growth: Deepening your self-awareness, cultivating inner peace, and connecting with your authentic self.
- Limitless Potential: Embracing your “stacker” mindset to unlock new levels of creativity, productivity, and success.
- Mindful Momentum: Achieving your goals with intention, balance, and a focus on well-being.
This word encapsulates my ambition, my desire for growth, and my commitment to making a meaningful impact in the world.
But I want to do all these with grace, His guidance, flow, slow days (still) and a strategic core.
Step 5. Habit Swaps
So how can I TRANSCEND this year?
#HabitSwaps2025
Be mindful. Whenever you catch yourself doing your bad habit, be aware. Stop it. And do something else.
It’s all about being aware.
1. Bad habit: Too much TIME spending on thinking and writing for self
- Swapping writing randomly with a writing structure
- Swapping writing everything to delegating some strategic part of my writing
- Swapping lazy online assets to assets that make me money, get me mindshare, and attract the right clients/customers
2. Bad habit: Being okay with so-so fitness progress
- Swapping DIY to geeking out with a fitness community
- Swapping night and morning walks with shorter walks, but more intensive home workouts
- Swapping DIY meal-planning with structured and planned meals so we eat healthy
3. Bad habit: Being small time and wing-out lady whose still dimming her light
- Swapping scattered content with aligned strategy
- Swapping content experiments with funnels that make money
- Swapping one-time launches with evergreen, repeatable products
- Swapping experimenting with focus
- Swapping wing it homekeeping with delegation
- Swapping thinking of admin work as a chore, but as an integral part of my life systems that will project us to greater heights
- Swapping free stuff with low-ticket
- Swapping free to low-priced brain pickups with paid consultation
- Swapping giving my courses to people I like for free to getting people to be better by having skin in the game
- Swapping making self small so others can shine (i should be assertive esp if I know stuff)
4. Bad habit: No structured family goals
- Swapping nightly chitchats with actual goal setting, planning, and execution!
- Structuring family life, responsibility delegation, and home guardrails
5. Bad habit: Me taking it all slow
- Swapping taking my time with bursts of mad execution
- Swapping the “I have more time” mindset to “I can do this if I want to” mindset
- Swapping winging it to systematizing, automating stuff and finally betting on my own personal stuff by hiring someone to write with me *officially*
Step 6. Schedule it!
Yearly goals
I set ONE BIG goal for the fam, personal, and business.
Fam – Travel this 2025
Personal – Start a movement with my newsletter, relentlessly show the way I think on LinkedIn
CaaSocio – Turn our stuff into evergreen products, going ALL IN on ALLBOUND
Quarterly planning
I do quarterly planning with my fam and business side by side so I don’t overload myself. Leaving it blank since this is private. I usually do it in my journals na. π But sharing it here in case you wanna do it for you.
| Self + Fam | CaaSocio | |
| Q1 | ||
| Q2 | ||
| Q3 | ||
| Q4 |
Monthly binggo
Apart from goals, I have long-term errands na are about to rot in my to do, one example is fixing my BIR name and SSS payouts. I’m doing a monthly binggo to motivate me to finish them all.
Bookmark this and go back here in January, I’ll update. hihi.
Caution: This section really depends on how you’re wired. So it’s best to figure out what productivity practices work for you.
For me, it’s Theme Days and 3 Days in a Day Routine work for me.
Theme Days
Since I have multiple projects: my passions projects, my agency, family and house projects, I do theme days.
@aizanity.v2 How I manage 6-10 clients and all the thingamajigz I do as a freelancing mombie #freelancingph #freelancingtips #freelancingbabe #productivitytok #edutok #saasytips β¬ original sound – -ΛΛ πͺ aizanity β‘οΈΛΛΛ
I change this whenever there are major changes in my life: new BIG client, JJ schedules, Jezz work stuff, or if I have courses.
For Q1 it’s
| My Theme (non-negotiable) that day | |
| Monday | |
| Tuesday | |
| Wednesday | |
| Thursday | |
| Friday | |
| Saturday | Sanity Saturdays – no work |
| Sunday | Sanity Sundays – no work, church |
3 Days in a Day Routine
I have been working hard on my routine for the last 3 years. I’ve been building habits because of it. You have to build routines around your life, not around your business.
AM Routine
At JJ’s school – so I bring my laptop with me
- Bring JJ to school
- Morning devo
- Morning exercise
- Own stuff
PM Routine
In our home office
- Client work
- Breaks in between
- Evening break – bike, dinner
Evening Routine
- Client work (only on Weds)
- Bedtime story
- Night workout
I mix my routine with Theme Days to avoid overwhelm. I just need to know I have areas of focus.
Waterfall To-Do
I have a physical planner with client work and everything else. It follows the Theme Days and I list down what I need to do during the day.
I aim to finish MAJOR client work by Wednesday so Thurs and Fri are for light work. That’s when my energy is plummeting down kasi. So I schedule happy stuff on Fridays (things that I do on my own biz or CaaSocio).
Step 7. Build a follow-through routine
Your schedule, routines are dynamic. It changes along with the season, unexpected events, and client schedules. So I do a weekly review to adjust or change it.
And I implement systems too whenever there are errors or mistakes that pop up. Either I do checklists for my team, new SOP for CaaSocio, or a new personal system for me. π
Also, I set up my environment to make it happen. For example. I’ve just Shopee’d my way and ordered sketchpads and more to support my 2024 new habits! Yay.
To ensure your productivity investments wonβt fail super hard, do follow-through routines like:
- AS-NEEDED system change
- Daily flow
- Weekly reviews
- Friday wrap and prep up
- Monthly checkins
- Quarterly adjustments
Planning to do quarterly paid workshops to work on this together! π
Let’s be accountability buds
I’m sharing this with my community,
